Janine has been a teacher over 35 year, teaching K-12, university and adult classes. Attending SLU in Hammond, La. she received a BA in Fine Art, a BA in Education and an MA in Secondary Ed. with a minor in Art Ed. Janine also studied for two years at the New Orleans Academy of Fine Art. Her present exhibit is at Martin's Wine Cellar in Metairie, Louisiana.
